This new Investar Search filter will allow you to instantly identify the most affordable suburbs to invest in!
You can now search for suburbs with a median listing price under $500,000 (or by any value you want to set).
Our Development Team has been hard at work reviewing our internal systems and improving the quality of listings.
New property listings are being updated more frequently and more sold listings are being identified and removed sooner to ensure you have the most current and up-to-date information.
This is a search feature usually only available to property professionals! Review up to 6 comparable sales or rentals and rank them as either "Worse", "Same" or "Better" than your target property. As a user, you can ensure the comparable sales and rentals are like for like.
You can review the photos, attributes such as location, proximity to amenities, water/city views or whether it is renovated or unrenovated.
The sale and rental estimates will adjust accordingly based on your rankings delivering more relevant desktop valuations and rental estimates.
